c. Country detection for phone fields
To pre-select your country’s dialling code in our forms, your browser sends your IP address to the GeoJS service (geojs.io), which returns only your country. The result is stored in your browser for 7 days. We do not store your IP address for this purpose, and you can always change the country code manually.

d. Health and family information
Some of our forms ask for information about your health and family situation (for example IVF history, embryos, medical reasons for surrogacy, sperm or egg needs) and, for surrogate and donor applicants, date of birth, health history and photos. We use this information only to assess and coordinate your program. It is sensitive data: we collect only what is needed, limit access to the coordinators and partner clinics involved in your case, and process it on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give when you submit it and can withdraw at any time. If you prefer, you can share medical documents later through a secure channel agreed with your coordinator instead of the website form.

e. Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the website is used, with Google signals and ad personalization switched off. We also use Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC) for anonymous visitor statistics: its session-recording and form-analysis features are switched off, it is not loaded for logged-in users, and it does not receive the contents of the forms you fill in.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information for the following purposes:

  • Service delivery: To respond to inquiries, arrange consultations, and provide healthcare facilitation services (including IVF, surrogacy, and related programs).
  • Website improvement: To analyze usage, improve functionality, and enhance user experience.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Processors and international transfers. Our website is hosted by Hostinger; email is handled through Google; analytics by Google Analytics; country detection by GeoJS; and many clients choose to talk with us on WhatsApp or WeChat. Program information is shared with our partner clinics in Armenia, and with notaries and translators where needed. Some of these providers process data outside your country, including in the United States and the European Union; we rely on their contractual data-protection safeguards.
