Fertility treatment coordinated with partner clinics in Yerevan

Aurum Health Global coordinates IVF, egg donation and sperm donation programs in Armenia for intended parents from abroad, with treatment at our partner clinics in Yerevan. The partner clinic reviews your medical history and recommends the appropriate treatment. Depending on your circumstances, this may involve IVF, ICSI, donor eggs or sperm, embryo freezing or genetic testing. Aurum coordinates appointments, donor profiles, travel arrangements and communication.

Programs we coordinate

IVF / ICSI with your own eggs and sperm

Classic IVF or ICSI (intracytoplasmic sperm injection), where a single sperm is injected into each egg. ICSI is often recommended for male-factor infertility.

IVF with donor eggs

An option, after your doctor’s assessment, for women with very low ovarian reserve, premature menopause, repeated poor response to stimulation or a genetic condition they do not want to pass on. Low ovarian reserve alone does not automatically mean donor eggs are needed. You choose a donor from detailed profiles that include appearance, ethnicity, education and medical screening results.

IVF with donor sperm

For single women and couples with severe male-factor infertility, using donors screened for infectious diseases and key genetic conditions.

Egg donation combined with surrogacy

For intended parents who need both a donor and a gestational surrogate, for example single men or women without a uterus. See our surrogacy programs.

Egg, sperm and embryo freezing

Vitrification and secure storage of eggs, sperm and embryos for later use, including fertility preservation before medical treatment.

Genetic testing of embryos (PGT)

Preimplantation genetic testing can check embryos for chromosomal abnormalities and specific genetic diseases before transfer. Please note that choosing the sex of the baby is not permitted under Armenian law.

Choosing a donor

  • Donors are healthy women aged 18 to 35
  • Every donor completes medical, genetic and infectious disease screening; no screening can rule out every risk
  • Donation is confidential: donor identity is protected by law
  • You can review non-identifying donor profiles, with photos where the donor has consented; profiles are shared only with registered intended parents

The clinic explains the screening completed for each available donor and the information that can be shared. Donor availability and the number of eggs or embryos included are confirmed in your program terms. Looking for a donor? Request egg donor profiles. Would you like to help another family? Become an egg donor.

How the process works

  1. Online consultation and review of your medical history
  2. Donor selection, if needed, and a personalized treatment plan
  3. Stimulation and egg retrieval (for you or your donor)
  4. Fertilization, embryo culture and optional genetic testing
  5. Embryo transfer or freezing, and a pregnancy test about two weeks later

IVF & egg donation questions

A typical cycle takes 4 to 6 weeks from the start of stimulation to embryo transfer. With careful planning, most intended parents spend 7 to 14 days in Yerevan for egg retrieval, or often 2 to 3 days if only sperm is needed.

You receive anonymous donor profiles with photos, physical characteristics, ethnicity, education and screening results. Our coordinator helps you shortlist donors that match your preferences.

In many cases, yes. Embryos can be shipped to Yerevan by a specialised cryo-transport company. We check the documents and coordinate the transfer with both clinics.

Yes, PGT is available when your doctor recommends it, to screen embryos for chromosomal and specific genetic conditions. It is not a guarantee of a healthy baby. Choosing a baby's sex is not permitted under Armenian law, except in the limited cases set out in Article 11(3): a risk of a sex-linked inherited disease, or a family that already has three children of the same sex.

No. Initial tests and parts of the stimulation can often be done in your home country, so you only travel for the key steps.
