Learn about becoming a surrogate
Surrogacy involves medical treatment, pregnancy and a significant personal commitment. Candidates should be healthy women aged 20 to 38 who already have at least one child of their own. Before deciding, you should understand the screening requirements, medical risks, compensation (paid in stages), the notarized agreement setting out your rights, and the support available during pregnancy and after birth.
Our team can explain the application process and arrange the relevant professional assessments. Submitting this form does not commit you to a program.
